Actor Shahid Kapur has no words to explain Kareena’s contribution in his life. But, he is sure that he cannot think of living without her today.

People from the industry say that you are not as co-operative with the directors as you earlier used to be. How far is this true?
In some section of the media, it did appear that I didn’t co-operate with director Mahesh Manjrekarji while shooting for the film Life Ho To Aisi which is not true at all. He is one of my favourite directors and in fact I enjoyed working with him like my other directors. He is a real gentleman and there is no question of being uncooperative with him.



What is the controversy regarding working in Ken Ghosh’s film?
There is no controversy at all. Some people wrote that I left him in lurch which is not true. He is working on the script of his next film and the moment shooting starts we will be back to work. I don’t know from where this news of leaving his work half done travelled into the media.

But, isn’t it true that success has changed you a lot from what you earlier used to be?
The only change I find in myself is that I have become more mature and busy as compared to my initial days in Bollywood but if someone says that I have become rude and unrealistic to people in the industry I don’t think there is any iota of truth in that.

How far has your relationship with Kareena changed your life?
I think I have no words to explain Kareena’s contribution in my life. She has filled me with a lot of confidence, security and maturity. I can’t think of living without her today.
