Actor Salman Khan is not able to shoot for producer Sajid Nadiadwala’s movie Jaaneman because he is down with viral fever.

A lavish set has been put up at Mumbai’s Film City to shoot a song featuring the movie’s main stars – Salman, Preity Zinta and Akshay Kumar .

But the shoot has been held up because Salman is ill. Reports have it that Salman fell sick after taking the antibiotics that were prescribed by docs on Salman’s recent trip abroad for the hair treatment.

The movie’s producer is believed to be losing lakhs of rupees per day and the other stars are lying idle, losing their precious dates.

But Nadiadwala is not blaming Salman for the losses. He is a good friend of Salman, and a man of adjusting nature.

It may be recalled that during the days when Jaaneman went on the floors, Nadiadwala had to get the movie’s sets in Mumbai dismantled because Salman Khan’s tape controversy broke out in those days. However, Salman was later given the clean chit by the investigating authorities.

Jaaneman is a romantic triangle story. A good part of the movie has been shot in the US.
