Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi will be seen in very unusual roles in a forthcoming film.
The two stars, who created a laugh riot in Munnabhai MBBS , will now be seen in Mahesh Manjrekar’s light-hearted entertainer Vaah! Life Ho To Aisi . But there is a catch. The two do not have any scenes together in the film.
In the movie, Sanjay plays Yamraj, the God of death. However, he is a modern Yamraj who is hi-tech, uses laptops, has a soft heart and who cries whenever something upsets him.
Arshad, on the other hand, plays a Fakir who communicates with ghosts and grants supernatural powers to kids.
Shahid Kapur and Amrita Rao are the movie’s romantic pair. The film also has nine children. Among them one is Manjrekar’s son Satya, and another is Shahid’s younger brother Ishaan.
The film also features a Hanuman Chalisa song that has lots of animation and special effects.
Mahesh Manjrekar reportedly wrote the movie’s script almost nine years ago. The filmmaker calls Vaah Life… as a wholesome entertainer that will appeal to family audience and particularly to kids.
The film slated to release on December 22.
