Sometimes love happens very gradually. This will be the theme of a movie that will have Soha Ali Khan and Abhay Deol in the lead roles.

We told you last month about Abhay and Soha being signed for a movie to be produced by Anjum Rizvi. More info on the project has now trickled in.

The movie, titled Ahista Ahista (Slowly Slowly), will be a romantic flick about two very unlikely people developing feelings for each other gradually. The movie will have Abhay playing a guy who works as a witness in a marriage registration office.

Soha plays a small town girl who elopes with her boyfriend (played by Shayan Munshi), only to be ditched by him in the city.

It is then, Abhay and Soha’s characters in the film begin to know each other and seeds of love begin to sprout in their hearts ahista ahista.

The movie will be directed by Shivam Nair, who has previously directed TV serials. The film is learnt to be written by Imtiaz Ali, in whose movie, Socha Na Tha , Abhay made his directorial debut.

Soha, Abhay and Shayan are presently attending the acting workshops in which the movie’s director is teaching them in detail the chemistry and the body language that he wants in the characters in the film.

Ahista Ahista will go on the floors by November end. The film will be shot in Nainital and Delhi.
