The Sangeet ceremony of Zayed Khan ’s marriage is going to be the one never seen before.

Two days before the wedding, Bollywood’s top stars would attend the sangeet ceremony that has been planned by Zayed’s sister Farah Khan .

And it is not going to be an ordinary ceremony. There will be song and dance performances by Bollywood stars and there will also be a short skit in which actors will enact the characters of Zayed and his wife-to-be Malaika Parekh.


It is learnt that the sangeet ceremony, on Friday (Nov 18), will begin with the song Chalak Chalak – a number for the bottle hitters – from the movie Devdaas .

Then, actors Kunal Kapoor and Dia Mirza will enact a short skit playing Zayed and Malaika respectively.

The evening is likely to see the presence of a great number of movie stars – especially the Khans. Zayed’s brother-in-law Hrithik Roshan has flown down from Singapore (he was shooting there for Krrish) to attend the ceremony and the wedding. Hrithik is also likely to perform at the sangeet night.

The wedding will take place on November 20 at Mumbai’s Hyatt Regency.
