Bollywood stars tried matching their skills with a soccer match against Malaysian ministers in conjunction with the 2006 Global Indian Film Awards (GIFA in Kuala Lumpur on Friday.

t was a sheer mixing of work with pleasure as stars and ministers took each other on in the friendly match. “It’s awesome because Arbaaz (Khan) is here with me,” said actor and model Upen Patel recalling his trip a year and a half-year back.

Salman was the first one to score for GIFA while Arjun Rampal managed the second goal for team. The ministers gave the stars tough competition and after 60 minutes of action packed drama, the game was a draw.
