Now here’s an interesting little secret about the lovely Dimple Kapadia that very few know. The original ‘Bobby’ babe of Bollywood, has been around over two decades now; yet, even now she doesn’t like watching her own films. Yeah, it’s true. She’s seen very few of her films before the Friday release, apparently, she doesn’t feel comfortable watching herself out there. There are exceptions, though. ‘Being Cyrus’ is one such.


She enjoyed doing this film and portraying this extreme Parsi character so much that she wanted to see the film before it hit the marquee. “Dimple told me that she doesn’t usually watch her own films, but she saw ‘Being Cyrus’ and loved it thoroughly�, confirms the director, Homi Adajania. Our guess is that Dimple is her own worst critic, so she evades watching her films. But does she really need ratings? We don’t think so, lady.
