Buzz has it that terrorists in Kashmir are completely against Kunal Kohli’s Fanaa. They feel that the film depicts them in negative light. Hence they do not want the film to be released at all. Fanaa is a love story between a terrorist and a local Kashmiri girl.


Aamir Khan plays a terrorist in the film who falls in love with a blind girl Kajol. The terrorist is torn between his love and duty towards his group. Also with Aamir Khan supporting the Narmada Bachao Andolan, Fanaa had stirred up yet another controversy as those against NBA do not want Fanaa to hit the theatres.
