Actress Preity Zinta who has on a previous occasion taken a strong stand against the underworld presence in Bollywood made here views known on the Jessica Lal murder and Salman Khan’s Blackbuck case .

She conveyed her displeasure to a leading news channel , after the acquittal of all the accused in the sensational Jessica Lall(model) murder case . Preity said that while the murderers( in front of 120 witnesses) of Jessica Lall have gone scot free , Salman gets a 1-year sentence for allegedly killing a Blackbuck , because he is a celebrity and a lot of ruckus and political pressure was created to punish him !

John , who is in Delhi today ( Adlab) to promote his upcoming ‘Taxi No. 9211′ , termed it as a ” murder of democracy .”

As may be recalled , Delhi-based Jessica Lall was murdered on April 29, 1999 at a South Delhi bar(Bina Ramani’s Tamarind Court).
