Rang De Basanti’ almost changed hands for Delhi-U.P. and East Punjab . Dolly ( Dolly Films , Delhi) holds the rights for the two circuits . A few weeks back it was decided by UTV to give them (Dolly) 105 prints free for the contracted MG (minium guarentee) royalty price .

However , Dolly will now have to invest in the prints . They have not been permitted any reduction in their price .

Till recntly it seemed that the film would be taken away from Dolly and released by UTV themselves in both , Delhi-U.P. and East Punjab .
