It’s always nice to see professional actors and actresses, and newcomer Sophie seems to be one of this rare breed. The VJ turned actress was recently shooting with Mallika Sherawat and Rahul Bose for Mukta Arts’ Pyar Ke Side Effects when she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her stomach. But since it was the last scene of the film, she decided to bear it in spite of feeling nauseous. In fact, she continued to shoot throughout the day to avoid any losses to the producer.


It was only later in the night that she was admitted to a private clinic. The doctors couldn’t diagnose her illness initially and advised her complete bed rest. It was only later that it was diagnosed as appendicitis and had to be operated. We must say, this is one actress who has impressed us already.
