Reality TV show Nach Baliye is all set to kick start its third season.. Pooja Bedi and Kashmira Shah were in the capital to announce the show’s new innings.

Pooja with her choreographer boyfriend Hanif Halal and item girl Kashmira with her boyfriend Krushna Abhishek announced the new season that hits the air October 21.

And the show’s brand new hosts are none other than its previous winners–Hussain and Tina. They’ll tell you that winning Nach Baliye is one mean task.

“I have broken a rib, injured my ankle and fell so many times while practicing the moves. I know what it take sot win this competition,” says Tina.

And it’s been quite a bone crackling experience for Pooja as well. “Aching, paining, cracking, now I know I have so many bones in my body because they all hurt,” she said.
