Puttanpal is very frustrated with the hike of the prices on basic commodities by the government due to which he comes up with an idea within the system’s law where he can buy all the required stuff for survival which is sufficient for 3 years at once by taking a loan. However, he will be facing lot of consequences from a loan officer (Zakir Hussain) who thinks Puttanpal is cheating the government
