It may be recalled that Ekta Kapoor’s home production The Dirty Picture directed by Milan Luthria had found itself in the midst of a controversy a few weeks ago when V Naga Vara Prasad (brother of Silk Smitha) had sent a legal notice to the makers of the film for not taking permission from him before going ahead with the film.
