Kartik Tiwari and debutant Mishti gave as many as 37 retakes to get a kissing scene right for Subhash Ghai’s “Kaanchi”. The film’s unit, currently in the picturesque locations of Ranikhet, did not brace themselves for so many retakes of the scene. The movie’s associate director Anshuman Jha is said to have pulled up the actors for not enacting the scene passionately, said a source.
