
Sanjay Gupta has been relishing his success of his latest movie, ‘ Shootout at Wadala’. The film starred John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Sonu Sood, Manoj Bajpayee and Tusshar Kapoor and was a action packed movie which was liked by critics and the audience aswell. Sanjay Gupta has worked with his friend Sanjay Dutt many times but if reports are to be believed then he’s looking to get one of the Khans in his next venture.

Tusshar Kapoor wants his sister Ekta Kapoor to marry before him and adds that there is no age limit for marriage nowadays.

Crime thriller “Shootout At Wadala” has collected approximately Rs.33 crore till Tuesday, while small budget anthology film “Bombay Talkies”, which came out on the same day and got rave reviews, has garnered about Rs.6 crore. Made at a budget of Rs.6 crore, “Bombay Talkies” was released in about 480 screens all over India, while big budget “Shootout At Wadala” hit approximately 1,700 screens in the country. Mumbai, May 2 : Actor John Abraham, who plays gangster Manya Surve in “Shootout At Wadala”, hopes his hard work in the movie pays off. He is anxious about the film’s release Friday.

Shootout at Wadala is the prequel to 2007 Bollywood film Shootout at Lokhandwala based on the book Dongri to Dubai written by Hussain Zaidi’s. The film features an ensemble cast that includes John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Kangna Ranaut, Tusshar Kapoor and Sonu Sood. The film will dramatise the first-ever registered encounter by Mumbai police, where gangster Manya Surve (John Abraham) was shot dead.

It seems that the audience’s favourite couple Shahrukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai won’t be re-uniting on the big screen after rumours that they’ll be seen together in Farah Khan’s next flick. Rumour had it that filmmaker Farah Khan had plans to cast Shahrukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai together after a gap of 11 years, in her next movie, ‘ Happy New Year’ .

Ekta Kapoor says that Salman Khan starrer Dabangg 2 item number ‘ Fevicol se’ gained unnecessary criticism because the movie had a progressive approach towards the women. Ekta Kapoor, who has been behind controversial films like Love Sex Aur Dhoka, Kya Super Cool Hai Hum and Ragini MMS, believes Indian men need to change their mentality towards women.
